How many computers can I use EquineMax on?
All EquineMax editions are licensed for use on only one (1) computer, and additional licenses may be purchased for $50 each.
What kind of technical support do I get?
Most questions can be answered through our extensive online support resources, including the Support Knowledgebase. Each EquineMax CD contains a Quick Start Guide and printable manual. Unlimited email support is included with the software, and phone support is available.
How much do updates cost and how are they obtained?
Updates are free and can be downloaded from the Updates page on this website, or requested on CD. Upgrades are new versions of the software and, when available, are offered to current EquineMax customers for one-half the retail price. Upgrades are provided for no charge when the software is purchased within 6 months prior to a new upgrade release.
Can I upgrade from a smaller option to a larger option or upgrade to a higher edition?
YES. You can move to another edition (including from an owner version to a business version) by simply paying the difference in price. When the payment is received, you will receive a new serial number to enable the new version. Your existing horse records will also transfer, so no information will be lost or need to be re-entered.
